Day Three of Amigurumay is ‘Introduce Yourself.’
So, 
hello to you! If you follow me on instagram or regularly read my blog, you’ll already know lots about me, but here’s a few random facts about me:
My names Geraldine and I’m a maker living in the SW of England with hubby, a beagle and our daughter the Lamb;
I’ve always loved crafting and have tried my hand at cross stitch, card making, metal stamping, Lino cutting, origami and more;
I’m a published author. Most recently I had a short story published in #thefoxspiritbookoflove I’m planning to crochet some of the characters from my books and always make a bookmark to celebrate a new publication;
In my quest to keep learning something new, I recently started embroidery. One of my first pieces was the house from ‘UP!’
I firmly believe there’s a link between crafting and mental health. I’ve created craft boxes for children which includes origami flowers, decorations and so much more. You can order yours through my shop;
I’m a massive fan of Star Wars and designed this T-shirt for myself featuring some of my favourite characters. I’ve even started learning a bit of #aurebesh;
I learned to crochet about 3 years ago after multiple false starts. I love crochet and the challenge of making something. To celebrate #maythe4thbewithyou I made #ahsokatano She was a challenge as to make sure her mandrels matched I had to crochet with my less dominant hand. Proof there’s always something new to learn with crochet!
